Store use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must provide accurate information and must not interfere with the store, its security, or the rights of others.

Products and prices

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, availability, and prices accurately. Minor visual or measurement differences may occur. Prices and promotions may change before an order is placed. The price displayed and accepted at checkout applies to the order, subject to correction of an obvious error.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, the order appears fraudulent, the delivery address cannot be served, or the displayed price contains an obvious error. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Payments

Payment methods available for the order are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and connected payment providers under their own terms and privacy notices.

Shipping

Shipping methods, charges, estimates, tracking, customs matters, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Returns and warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Products include a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
