Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. To start a return, email andicichy1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, clean, and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase is required. Returns sent without prior contact may be refused.

The customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or different from the item ordered. We recommend using tracked shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Inspection and refund

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns of personalised goods, items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after their seal has been broken, or gift cards, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Defective products

Products are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or unauthorised alterations. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
