Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping to the destinations listed below. Available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping destinations

North America: United States and Canada.
Europe: United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Oceania: Australia and New Zealand.
Asia: Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. The delivery estimate shown at checkout or on the product page is an estimate and may vary because of carrier operations, customs, peak-season volume, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address provided with the order. Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

Address accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Once an order has entered fulfilment, a change may no longer be possible.

Customs and import charges

Unless checkout states otherwise, the customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination authorities.
